Refund Policy (for Vending-Machine Purchases)
​Scope
This policy applies to drink purchases made from vending machines operated by The Vending People Pte Ltd in Singapore.
1. When a refund is eligible
We will provide a full refund or replacement if:

The machine dispenses no product after payment

The product is damaged, expired, or unreasonably warm

A duplicate charge is recorded on your payment card
2. How to request a refund

Note the machine ID (printed on the front panel).

Submit a request:

Scan the QR code on the machine or
-
Email support@thevendingpeople.com.sg with:
-
Machine ID and location
-
Date/time of purchase
-
Payment method (cash or card)

Description of issue
-

Refunds are processed within 7 working days either:
-
Via PayNow to your mobile number, or
-
By electronic reversal to the card used, where possible.

3. Exclusions
We are not liable for:
-
Purchases made from third-party machines not operated by us
-
Lost coins or notes that were not inserted into the validator
