Refund Policy

Refund Policy (for Vending-Machine Purchases)

​Scope
This policy applies to drink purchases made from vending machines operated by The Vending People Pte Ltd in Singapore.

1. When a refund is eligible

We will provide a full refund or replacement if:

  • The machine dispenses no product after payment

  • The product is damaged, expired, or unreasonably warm

  • A duplicate charge is recorded on your payment card

2. How to request a refund
  1. Note the machine ID (printed on the front panel).

  2. Submit a request:

    • Scan the QR code on the machine or

    • Email support@thevendingpeople.com.sg with:

      • Machine ID and location

      • Date/time of purchase

      • Payment method (cash or card)

      • Description of issue

  3. Refunds are processed within 7 working days either:

    • Via PayNow to your mobile number, or

    • By electronic reversal to the card used, where possible.

3. Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Purchases made from third-party machines not operated by us

  • Lost coins or notes that were not inserted into the validator
